  • Supported the development and 5 regional consultative meeting for the adoption of the continental immunization strategies (CIS) and development of KPI for the tracking of progress made on the implementation of CIS


  • Due to these frequent outbreaks in Africa Union states and the damages on the immunization systems in member states, we have organized multi-country consultative stakeholders’ meetings on root cause analysis of VPDS outbreaks at the southern region to strengthen the capacity of member state on EPI(Expanded Program on Immunization) and planning similar meeting for other region.


  • I have led the planning and organization of VPDS regional preparedness and response workshop in all five Au regions, this has lead to the development of VPDs workshop tools and document on VPDs cross border preparedness and response comprising of five strategic pillars such Surveillance, Laboratory diagnostic, Vaccination, risk communication and community engagement, Legal and community health workforce. 


  • Supported the Integrated Measles/ Yellow Fever/COVID-19 Campaign, as well as the Integrated Measles Campaign/Measles Outbreak Response Campaign (IMC/ MORC) in different state such as Akwa Ibom, Sokoto, Yobe, Abia State, from 2015- 2017 and 2022 planning, organizing, coordinating, managing and implementing both reactive and preventive mass campaigns across different states in Nigeria, Lusaka, Kenya, and planning and participating in the cross border synchronization meeting between Niger and Nigeria, i have seen tremendous increased in immunization coverages in the areas i worked previously, reduced disease outbreaks and overall improved health outcomes. I became a role model for other consultant to emulate in effective and result based planning and implementation of campaigns. 


  • Support to Global fund projects in Cross River state where we conduct Mid-Term evaluations and endline evaluations of HIV intervention program in 13 other supported states in Nigeria which lead to timely quarterly and annually donor report, Reviewed of AHNi national data platform, served as AHNI National M&E Data Gist editorial board member, Developed AHNi mini data base, Content development of AHNi Management Information System (MIS), Development of AHNi balance score card, Development of AHNi Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP), Data Quality Assurance in some facilities in Cross River, Rivers, Taraba and Akwa-Ibom, Nigeria. 


  • Facilitated in ART and PMTCT M&E training in Taraba, Adamawa and Rivers State, 

  • Mentored facility staff on proper documentation using the appropriate M&E tools, for both NHMIS, NNRIMS and DHIS 2.0 documentations respectively. 

  • Held monthly M&E stakeholders meeting for data validation and M&E report. Determination of retention rate using the RADET tools

  • Mentoring of facility staff on documentation of Patient Per Regimen, eLMIS and the flow of supplies of lab and logistic commodity from ACA/ SCMS to the facility.

  • Actively supported logistics management of the following items, through collection and validation of Combined Report Requisition Issue and Request Form (CRRIRF) of RTKs, ARV/OI drugs, Lab Reagents and PHC CRRIRFs.

  • Distribution of RTKs, ARV/OI drugs, Lab Reagents to all supported health facilities

  • Participated in the regional Product and stock management (PSM)- Cross River state

  • Participated in NACA survey on the quality of ART and PMTCT Care in some selected GF facilities in Cross River State

  • Participated in the Global Fund Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) supervisory visit to Facilities

  • ART and PMTCT site/need assessment and activation

  • Planned and coordinated community mobilization and outreach planning and implementation for HCT and PMTCT Outreach for 11 LGA in Cross River State.

  • Supervised and Monitored 20 teams of general population and pregnant women for HIV counseling and testing comprising of 6 persons per team, and resulting to 100, 000 persons counseled, tested and received result in HIV/AIDS

  • Conducted Cluster Co-ordination committee meeting (CCCM) to increased referral linkages to HIV Care and treatment

  • Client Tracking: Mentored facility staff on proper tracking and documentation of PLHIV clients, exposed infants and community based adherence support.

  • Research studies on WASH in 40 primary schools in Akwa Ibom and Cross Rivers State, Nigeria which led to the provision of appropriate technical support in achieving WASH results for children in countries.  

  • Presentation made on relevance and impact of Scholar programmes to NPHCDA and other global Partners 

  • Building a community of practice COP with Immunization professional, Risk community and engagement professional and data analytic Professionals
