ART and PMTCT M&E training including mentorship on proper documentation using the appropriate M&E tools, for both NHMIS, NNRIMS and DHIS 2.0 documentations respectively.
Distribution of RTKs, ARV/OI drugs, Lab Reagents to all supported health facilities
ART and PMTCT site/need assessment and activation
Planning and coordinating community mobilization and outreach for HCT and PMTCT Outreach
Client Tracking: Mentoring of facility staff on proper tracking and documentation of PLHIV clients, exposed infants and community based adherence support.
